What the Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Clasp, chain, or setting issues under normal wear
- Premature tarnishing not caused by chemical exposure or misuse
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by perfume, water, or chemicals
- Accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Lost or stolen items
How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim, simply email support@capeglow.co.za with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We’ll review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit. Plus, return shipping for approved warranty claims is free within South Africa!
